RS Capital Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of Robert Swett Consulting, LLC, is a Tampa, FL based boutique investment banking firm that provides quality investment banking services to small and middle market privately held companies throughout the United States with its primary focus being companies headquartered east of the Mississippi and in Texas.

With over 60 years of collective investment banking experience, the principals of RS Capital Advisors, LLC provide the in-depth knowledge and expertise required in today’s market to help our diverse client group source, negotiate and close financing or acquisition type transactions expeditiously and efficiently. Our broad base of industry experience and network of senior lenders, mezzanine funds and private equity groups serving the small and middle market enhances the probability of a successful outcome for our clients. While typically requiring a small retainer, most of our compensation is success fee based. As a result we review and carefully select those engagements where we believe there is a high likelihood of success for our client.
